Orders were issued on Saturday that apart from Bengal, its neighbouring states — Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and Bihar — will also be banned from supplying poultry. “It’s more of a preparatory step to stop the virus from entering our region.
The above comments describe plans by the central government of India to seal off large portions of eastern India from the rest of the country (see satellite map here and here).
Earlier, West Bengal was sealed, but the above plan greatly expands the sealed regions. The choice of districts is curious, since Chattisgarh does not share a border with West Bengal. Currently, there is a “precautionary” culling plan to cull poultry near the West Bengal borders.
The precautionary culling is just an extension of the culling within West Bengal, since H5N1 has been confirmed near the borders of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Orissa.
Moreover, excessive poultry deaths have been reported for the adjacent states, which have no confirmed H5N1. However, the absence of confirmed H5N1 is largely due to a lag in the release of test results. Samples from eastern Jharkhand were sent on January 15 for testing, but results have not been made public. Therefore, the proposed sealing of Chattisgarh, may reflect unreported H5N1 positives in Jharkhand, since Jharkjhand does share a border with Chattisgarh.
The above plan however, is not likely to stop the H5N1 spread, which is facilitated by wild birds. Several regions in northern India have reported excessive poultry deaths, and like the samples described above, results have not been released.
These unreported regions are well to the west of the districts described above, and southern Pakistan already has confirmed H5N1 in the Karachi area.

Dans sa guerre d’info intox, en 2003, l’armée américaine a fait croire à une victoire facile sur l’armée irakienne. Faux : face à une contre offensive irakienne et une résistance acharnée, notamment à l’aéroport de Bagdad, les américains ont lâchement utilisé une bombe thermonucléaire et des armes chimiques.
De nouvelles informations font surface sur l’éventualité que les US aient expérimenté des armes tactiques nucléaires contre les forces armées irakiennes il y a quatre ans lors des derniers jours de l’invasion.
Lors de l’interview Al-Rawi racontaient comment les bombes larguées « avaient annihilé les soldats mais laissé les bâtiments et les infrastructures de l’aéroport intacts ». Environ 2000 soldats irakiens ont menée une résistance acharnée avant d’être brusquement désintégrés.
Les bombes à neutron sont des bombes thermonucléaires dont la détonation se fait avec une explosion minimum, mais elles émettent des radiations qui pénètrent dans les bâtiments et les blindés et sont instantanément mortelles pour les êtres humains.
L’accusation d’Al-Rawi n’est pas sans fondement, puisque les américains et les britanniques ont utilisé des bombes à l’UA et des armes chimiques telle que le Napalm lors de la première guerre du Golfe. L’UA est un sous produit de l’uranium enrichi dans des réacteurs nucléaires ou lors de la fabrication d’armes nucléaires. Les US actuellement le fixent sur les têtes de missiles car à cause de sa radioactivité il peut pénétrer les cibles en brûlant. Simon Helweg –Larsen sur Znet a expliqué que « le 28 mars .2003 une unité de tanks a tiré deux salves d’armes à l’UA de 120mm en lisière de la route principale de la zone urbaine de Kifi, créant un effet de vide qui a littéralement aspiré les résistants de leurs cachettes les projetant dans les rues, où ils ont été abattus avec de petites armes à feu, où écrasés par des tanks. »
Ces informations concernant l’utilisation de ces armes sont également plausibles étant donné qu’on sait que pendant la première guerre du Golfe les US ont tiré 14 000 obus à l’Uranium Appauvri et largué 940 000 bombes à l’UA d’avions visant des tanks. Helweg Larsen a calculé que 280 tonnes d’UA s’est vaporisé ou n’a pas explosé. « 70% des bombes est vaporisée sous forme de fines particules qui peuvent être transportées par les vents sur de grandes distances… » Depuis les irakiens sont touchés par des taux anormaux de cancers, malformations et fausses couches… Surtout autour de Basra. »
De plus, malgré les affirmations de l’armée US qu’elle a arrêté d’utiliser du Napalm et détruit ses stocks en 2001, il existe des preuves sûres qu’il a été utilisé en Irak. Des reporters de CNN et du Sydney Moring Herald/Melbourne Age intégrés au 1er bataillon de la 7 ème Marines près de Basra, ont rapporté que le Napalm avait été utilisé contre des combattants de la résistance. Lyndsay Murdoch a rapporté dans le Sydney que « l’artillerie des Marines était soutenue par les avions de la Flotte US qui ont largué 20 tonnes d’explosifs et de Napalm. « Martin Savidge reporter de CNN a parlé lui d’un assaut où « on estime maintenant que la colline a été touchée par des missiles, de l’artillerie et l’aviation et qu’ils en ont rasé quelques mètres. Et tout ce qui se trouvait au sommet a été touché par le Napalm. Et cela a pratiquement mis fin à toute opération irakienne sur cette colline. »
Ces dires correspondent aussi avec le fait que l’administration Bush a une politique d’attaque nucléaire préventive. Etant donné le fait que les forces armées US ont été amenées à croire que Saddam Hussein possédait des armes chimiques et biologiques de destruction massive, Washington et le Pentagone ont probablement donné le feu vert pour expérimenter les bombes à neutron et l’utilisation d’armes chimiques contre les troupes de Saddam. Après tout, ce sont les Britanniques qui avaient utilisé en premier le gaz moutarde sur les irakiens dans les années 20 et 30. Pourquoi ne pas expérimenté les armes de destructions massives les plus récentes sur les irakiens d’aujourd’hui ?

Speaking on radio as part of a military propaganda offensive, retired general Udi Shani said: “The next war will see a massive use of ballistic weapons against the whole of Israeli territory.”
Mr Shani was tasked recently with writing a report on the way the military authorities operated during Israel’s 2006 summer war against Hezbollah in Lebanon.During that conflict thousands of rockets hit Israel, but were limited to the north of the country from where hundreds of thousands of people were evacuated. The character of war has changed, Mr Shani said.
Strikes to the rear must now be taken into account – that is what will come and we must prepare in a totally different way for this eventuality,” he said.Another reserve officer, Colonel Yehiel Kuperstein said: “Protection of civilians must today be assured even inside their homes.
“There is no absolute protection, but the best possible sort is that of a room able to provide shelter” inside houses, he said.“Today in Israel only one-third of apartments have such a room able to provide shelter… they have neither an air filter nor ventilation system enabling anyone to stay there for a long time,” Kuperstein said

US Crashes Internet In Middle East After Saudi Threat, Russia Responds With Air Forces

Reports circulating in the Kremlin today are painting a grim picture of just how desperate US War Leaders have become as their economy continues its freefall towards total bankruptcy by their crashing of Global Internet access for the Middle East’s banking centers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Iran, UAR, Turkey and Kuwait.
These reports state that the Americans became ‘enraged’ this past week when the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) rejected US demands for an immediate increase in oil production. Further angering the Americans this past week was Turkey’s rejection of US demands for them to sever banking ties with Iran’s Bank Mellat, and which allows Iranian continued access to Global banking resources.
But, these reports state, the greatest fears of the United States were raised this past week when Saudi Arabia ‘warned’ the United States to ‘back off’ of its threats against Iran or face the Saudi’s decoupling the US Dollar from its enormous World oil trade transactions.
Though the American President pictured top left with Saudi King personally went to the Saudi Kingdom to lobby the US’s Middle East allies in agreeing for attacks against Iran for the Iranians decoupling of the US Dollar from its oil trade, Bush was quickly rebuffed.It should be noted that those Nations who have dared to decoupled the US Dollar from their oil trade, Iraq, Iran, Russia and Venezuela, have come under withering attacks from the Americans, and their Western Allies; none worse than the Iraqis who are reported to have suffered over 1 million deaths since being invaded by the US in 2003.But, as these reports state, the ‘worst nightmare’ of the Americans appeared to be coming true this past week when their Saudi Arabian allies were reported to have begun the decoupling of the US Dollar from their oil trade with the intention of replacing the rapidly declining American currency with the European Euro.
American War Leaders, though, have had previous warnings of the Saudis growing fears of being the holders of trillions of declining US Dollars with Saudi Arabia, for the first time, refusing to drop their interest rates in ‘lock-step’ with the US Federal Reserve, and leading to fears of a ‘stampede’ by other Middle Eastern Nations out of US Dollar backed assets.
Under such a threat, and with the Saudi King growing closer to Iran’s President Ahmadinejad both pictured top left 2nd photo, Russian Military Analysts state in these reports that the United States invoked one of their so called ‘nuclear options’ by severing the three major undersea cables connecting the Middle East’s major banking centers to their Western, and Global, counterparts.The significance to the severing of these cables is the Middle East Banking Centers being denied access to the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), based in Brussels and which carries up to 12.7 million messages a day containing instructions on many of the International transfers of money between banks, lies in Saudi Arabia, or any other Middle East Nation, being unable to change their previously, before loss of communication, encoded currency instructions from being changed.Moscow’s actions against the West, in the severing by the United States of these cables, was swift as President Putin ordered Russian Air Force Fighters and Bombers to take immediate action to protect the Russian Nations vital undersea cables in the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans.
To some of the Russian Air Force assets used we can read as reported by the Reuters News Service article titled “Russia sends bombers, fighters to Atlantic, Arctic”, and which says:
“Air force pilots will carry out practice in the areas involving reconnaissance, missile-bombing attacks on a navy attack force of a hypothetical enemy, air-to-air combat and refuelling and patrolling,” an air force spokesman said. The bomber group included two Tupolev Tu-160 strategic bombers, codenamed “Blackjack” by NATO, two turbo-prop Tu-95 “Bear” strategic bombers, and eight Tu-22 “Blinder” bombers. MiG-31 and Su-27 fighters were also sent to the region.”
To the final outcome of these events it is not in our knowing, other than one Russian Banking Official, wishing to remain anonymous, stating that, “Should the Saudi’s effectively decouple their oil from the US Dollar, the United States, for all practical purposes will cease to be a World power as it economy will collapse completely as the US Dollar has no value in and of itself due to the staggering debt of the Americans. Without oil they are nothing.]
