This is just the tip of the iceberg.
There are millions secretly murdered every year across the globe.
Most people murdered aren’t famous or an obvious threat.
Most often the murder is opportunistic, taking the opportunity when circumstances make it possible.
Others, more highly sought after for extermination are constructed circmustances.
Here’s a list of the main (numbers wise) scenarios used.
1. Accidents – contrived faulty machinery at work/home, medical error or emergency.
These are almost NEVER found out. They range so large its truely horrific.
Electrocutions, falls, explosions, infections, medical complications in medical operations (blamed on medical malpractice if evidence is found), oxygen bottle failures, sporting equipment failures (eg parachute), works equipment failure, automobiles – fatally run over whilst in car parks/road sides. Late or bad medical diagnosis.
2. Poison & overdose – drugs, drink, cancer/chronic disease causing toxins/materials.
Poisoned drinks and foods (eg office coffee to packed lunch, bar food/drinnk) is the single biggest killer.
By giving slow killing poisons/substances it may be years before the victim dies. Typically carcinogens, mutagens and organ specific toxins (eg aflatoxin/ mineral dusts) which will be long gone in your system years later when you die. No one will care or suspect, just another victim of the big “C”.
3. Victims of crime or destitution
Murdered whilst walking home late at night. If this cannot be done, then force the target onto the streets (make destitute) and then murder/arrest there.
4. Petty offense arrest followed by jailing and then suiciding/murder via police restraint/arrest methods whilst in custody or in the jail system.
In cases of “suiciding” (murder by fake suicide) prior evidence (of some sort – medical or relation/friend opinon) is usually obtained.
Guns, tasers and other police weapons are often used.
Here’s an estimate from investigating the MO of hundreds of fatal events.
For every million people in a population for each of the above, there are,
1. 500/year
2. 300/year
3. 100/year
4. 25/year

Anon that’s pretty alarmist and without cite… not saying it ain’t possible but I think some of the Sayanim would be caught, they aren’t that smart!
